Cancellation policy:

• Up to 60 days before check-in: 100% refund
• Up 30 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before check-in: no refund

The price includes:

• Initial cleaning and sanitation according to the requirements of the Italian Ministry of Health in force at the time of arrival
• 24/7 personal concierge
• final cleaning, including final removal of properly differentiated garbage
• pool cleaning twice a week, i.e. before your arrival and every 3-4 days
• all utilities
• linen, bath towels and pool towels upon arrival
• Welcome basket of Apulian products
• Bathroom essentials

For stays longer than 14 nights, the price also includes:
• weekly intermediate cleaning, including removal of properly differentiated garbage
• weekly change of linen, bath towels and pool towels

The price excludes:

• Tourist tax (€1,00/guest per night for the first 5 nights)
• Damage deposit (€500), refundable at check-out
• Additional services that you may request to enrich your experience, eg. daily maid, additional cleaning days, in villa massages, private chef, in villa cooking class, boat tours, etc
