Set in the Itria Valley, the villa offers total seclusion yet proximity to iconic towns. 5 min to Martina Franca; 15–20 min to Locorotondo, Cisternino, Alberobello, Ostuni, and Ceglie Messapica. Roughly 1 hour to both Adriatic & Ionian beaches, each with sandy shores, coves, and turquoise waters. Lecce is 90 minutes away, Matera under 2 hours. Bari & Brindisi airports are both about 1 hour’s drive.
